چکیده

The changes in genital tract morphometry, foetal dimensions, the relative volumes of fluids during gestation was evaluated Red Sokoto (Maradi) does using 28 gravid genitalia. Based on ages fetuses, each genitalia classified into one three phases namely: early, mid and late for a comparison all parameters. While both uterus placenta were significantly enlarged, (P<0.05) at gestation, other morphometric characteristics reproductive organs similar (P>0.05) between gestation. There significant increases dimensions weight, total length, crown rump curved crown-rump vertebral column length tail as well Besides increase protein allantoic fluid, biochemical fluid unaffected by state throughout period This work provides base line information development relation to intrauterine environment breeb. Such will be useful breeding programmes aimed improvement this breed Nigeria.
